Since all of us are still in the honey moon phase of the game i wanted to get everyone's opinion on what classes for them.

By far my fav gun is the honey badger built in silencer but still has stopping power.

Alright here is a list of decent/good guns that I frequently resort to:
Assault:
Remington
AK12

Sub-Machine:
Vector 
Bizon
MTAR

LMG:
M27-IAR

Snipers:
L115 
USR

I have not toyed with Marksmen rifles, shotguns, or the riot shield.

These attachments are also useful:
Muzzle Brake (increase damage and range)
Flash Suppressor (lowers recoil)
Grip
Extended Mags
Tracker Sight
Hybrid Thermal 

These are the perks I mainly run:
 Assault:
Stalker (3pt)
Ready Up (1pt)
Focus (2pt)
Quickdraw (3pt)

Sub-Machine:
Marathon (2pt)
Agility (2pt)
Ready Up (1pt)
Quickdraw (3pt)
Focus (2pt)

The Remington seems like a good gun, but for some reason feels very noobish. Also, how do you find sniping? Being as I have only played ghosts online 3 times I have yet to try out the sniper rifle. I don't see much quick-scoping yet (but usually that picks up after 3months).

Quick-Scoping is still there, it just actually takes skill to do it. If you use a Sniper, you will notice there are no more hip fire reticles on the screen (the cross-hair marks). So you actually have to know what your doing if you are running around with a sniper attempting to quick scope.
